Porcine CNTF ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of porcine CNTF in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The 4-hour assay uses a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, with signal development via TMB substrate read at 450 nm. It is specific for CNTF with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants.

Quantitative detection is achieved with a working range of 62.5–4000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of <37.5 pg/mL. Reported recovery in undiluted serum averages 93% (range 91–102%), in EDTA plasma 91% (range 87–100%), and in heparin plasma 96% (range 88–106%). Linear dilution performance across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions is reported within 83–105% for these sample types. The kit is intended for research applications.

Kit components include lyophilized standard, sample and antibody dilution buffers, biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, SABC dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, concentrated wash buffer, plate sealers, and a foil zip-sealed pouch. The kit is shipped at +4°C, and components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the protocol manual.
