The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and employs a biotinylated anti-TRAP/CD40L detection antibody with HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, producing a colourmetric signal read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.
