Porcine Cluster Of Differentiation 14 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of porcine Cluster Of Differentiation 14 (CD14) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay is a quantitative colorimetric immunoassay in which a CD14-specific antibody is pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips.

The measuring range is 6.25-400 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 2.15 ng/ml. Captured CD14 is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-CD14 Antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450 nm on a microplate reader and CD14 levels are calculated from the standard curve. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

The kit includes a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
