Porcine Chemokine C-X-C-Motif Receptor 4 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of porcine CXCR4 in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids, with reactivity confirmed against porcine samples. The assay employs an antibody specific for CXCR4 pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate. Standards and samples are added to the wells; captured CXCR4 is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-CXCR4 Antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, producing a yellow product that is read at 450 nm against a standard curve. The kit has a sensitivity of <0.059 ng/ml, a working range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes.

Sample recovery has been characterised in serum (80–102%, n=5, average 91%), EDTA plasma (81–100%, n=5, average 90%) and heparin plasma (80–89%, n=5, average 84%), with linearity assessed across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, lyophilised standard (2 vials), Detection Solution A (120 µl), Detection Solution B (120 µl), 30X Wash Buffer (20 ml), Sample Dilution Buffer (45 ml), TMB Substrate (9 ml), Stop Solution (6 ml) and plate sealers (5 adhesive strips). Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
