Porcine Bone Morphogenetic Protein 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of porcine BMP2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The kit is supplied by Antibodies.com.

The assay shows reactivity with porcine samples and uses colorimetric detection on a pre-coated microplate platform, read at 450nm on a microplate reader. Sensitivity is <11.8 pg/ml and the product range is 31.2-2000 pg/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m. Recovery has been validated for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n=5 for each): average recovery is 94% for serum (range 88-100%), 95% for EDTA plasma (range 90-100%), and 96% for heparin plasma (range 92-101%).

Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
