Porcine Alpha-2-Heremans Schmid Glycoprotein ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of porcine Alpha 2 Heremans Schmid Glycoprotein (AHSG) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique: AHSG in standards or samples is captured by an immobilised antibody, detected with a Biotinylated Anti-AHSG Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, then visualised using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Working range is 15.6–1000 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <6.7 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m. Recovery in spiked samples is reported as: serum 80–102% (average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma 81–100% (average 90%, n=5) and heparin plasma 80–89% (average 84%, n=5). Dilution linearity (1:2 to 1:16, n=5) is reported as: serum 87–91% / 87–107% / 74–101% / 92–97%; EDTA plasma 90–105% / 84–101% / 90–101% / 79–108%; heparin plasma 84–95% / 92–105% / 82–105% / 89–91%.
