POLR2A (phospho Ser1619) Cell Based ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com provides this cell-based ELISA kit designed for the indirect in vitro quantitative determination of POLR2A (phospho Ser1619) levels in adherent and suspension cells. Reactivity is established for Human (Ser1619), Mouse (Ser1619), and Rat (Ser1619), and no cross-reactivity has been reported. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method on a Tissue Culture Treated Microplate platform and supports a sample range of > 5000 Cells, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes.

Capture of the phosphorylated target is achieved using Anti-POLR2A (phospho Ser1619) Antibodies, which are subsequently detected by HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition. Three normalization strategies are supported: an Anti-GAPDH Antibody serves as an internal positive control, Crystal Violet whole-cell staining is used to determine cell density, and an Anti-POLR2A Antibody is provided for normalization using non-phosphorylated target absorbance values. The kit should be stored at +4°C, where it remains stable for 3-6 months.
