PLCG1 (phospho Tyr771) Cell Based ELISA Kit

This cell-based ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the indirect in vitro quantitative determination of PLCG1 (phospho Tyr771) levels in adherent and suspension cells. It shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples at the Tyr771 modification site, and no reported cross-reactivity.

The colorimetric assay uses a Tissue Culture Treated Microplate platform and takes 4 hours 30 minutes to complete, with a product range of > 5000 Cells. In this qualitative format, PLCG1 (phospho Tyr771) is captured by anti-PLCG1 (phospho Tyr771) antibodies and detected by HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies; addition of substrate produces a colorimetric reaction through HRP enzyme catalysis. Three normalization methods are provided: an anti-GAPDH antibody serves as an internal positive control, Crystal Violet whole-cell staining is used to determine cell density after colorimetric measurement, and an anti-PLCG1 antibody allows normalization of phosphorylated target absorbance values against the non-phosphorylated target.

The kit should be stored at + 4°C and is stable for 3-6 months. It is supplied as a ready-to-use ELISA kit with an easy-to-follow protocol.
