Designed for comfortable and accurate pipetting, this electronic controller from Heathrow Scientific pairs a powerful pump with rapid yet sensitive aspiration and dispensing. The microprocessor-controlled unit features adjustable valves for consistent reliability, a toggle operated by pressing the large mode button, and a long-life Li-ion battery that delivers approximately 20 hours of operation on a full charge. Recharging takes up to 6 hours from empty through the included Micro USB connector, and a low-battery indicator signals when power is running low; the instrument can also be recharged while in use.

Compatible with graduated and volumetric glass or plastic pipettes measuring 1–100 mL, the device includes a polypropylene pipette nozzle that is autoclavable, and an adapter that can be fitted to the nose cone to stabilize small-volume and thinner pipettes. The pump speed can be adjusted to suit large- or small-volume pipettes, while a gravity mode supports low-speed aspiration and gravity-driven delivery for "to contain" pipettes. A PTFE filter (25 mm diameter, 0.45 µm) protects the internal components, and the housing combines ABS, a polypropylene nose cone, and a silicone pipette holder.
