p70S6 Kinase (phospho Ser424) Cell Based ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Cell-Based ELISA Kit enables the indirect in vitro quantitative determination of p70S6 Kinase (phospho Ser424) levels in adherent and suspension cells. It is validated for Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with no reported cross-reactivity. In the indirect ELISA format, the phosphorylated target is captured by Anti-p70S6 Kinase (phospho Ser424) Antibodies and detected via HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, producing a colorimetric signal upon substrate addition. Normalisation is supported by an included Anti-GAPDH antibody that serves as an internal positive control, by Crystal Violet whole-cell staining to determine cell density, and by an Anti-p70S6 Kinase Antibody that allows the non-phosphorylated signal to be used for normalising the phosphorylated reading. The qualitative assay is run on a Tissue Culture Treated Microplate, with an assay range of > 5000 Cells and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. The kit is supplied ready-to-use with an easy-to-follow protocol and should be stored at + 4°C, where it remains stable for 3-6 months.
