p63 (phospho Ser395) Cell Based ELISA Kit

A cell-based ELISA kit from Antibodies.com enables qualitative determination of p63 (phospho Ser395) levels in adherent and suspension cells. The kit is intended for indirect in vitro quantitative determination of p63 (phospho Ser395) expression and the effects that certain stimulation conditions have on this target in different cell lines. It has been validated for Human, Mouse and Rat reactivity, with no reported cross-reactivity.

Detection is colorimetric and performed on a tissue culture treated microplate. The assay uses anti-p63 (phospho Ser395) capture antibodies together with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, with substrate addition producing a measurable signal. An anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalization, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step is used to determine cell density. An anti-p63 antibody is also supplied for normalization of phosphorylated versus non-phosphorylated target absorbance values.

The recommended sample size is greater than 5000 cells. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. The kit should be stored at +4°C, where it remains stable for 3-6 months, and is supplied as a ready-to-use ELISA kit with an easy-to-follow protocol.
