Mouse Zinc Finger Homeobox Protein 1B ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse ZEB2 (Zinc Finger Homeobox Protein 1B) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip format. Standards and samples are incubated in the wells alongside a biotinylated anti-ZEB2 detection antibody, followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate. Colour development is produced with TMB substrate, which turns yellow after addition of the acidic stop solution, and the optical density is read at 450 nm.

The assay has a stated quantitative range of 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.051 ng/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.
