Mouse Xanthine Dehydrogenase ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com provides a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Xanthine Oxidase in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for Xanthine Oxidase, a biotinylated detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Sensitivity is 1.43 pg/ml and the assay range is 3.12–200 pg/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

Validated recovery values include serum (range 80–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (81–100%, average 90%), and heparin plasma (80–89%, average 84%). Linearity has been demonstrated across dilution series from 1:2 to 1:16 for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. Kit components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers.
