Mouse WNT1 Inducible Signaling Pathway Protein 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse WISP1 (WNT1 Inducible Signaling Pathway Protein 1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate with an immobilised anti-WISP1 antibody, a biotinylated anti-WISP1 detection antibody and HRP-avidin, with TMB substrate producing a colour change that is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is <2.26 pg/ml, assay range 6.25-400 pg/ml, and total assay time 4h 30m. Spike-and-recovery averages (n=5) are 91% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma and 84% for heparin plasma, with reported ranges of 80-102%, 81-100% and 80-89% respectively. Dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions (n=5) is 87-107% for serum, 79-108% for EDTA plasma and 82-105% for heparin plasma.

Kit components include a pre-coated plate, lyophilised standard, detection reagents A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated. The kit should not be used past its expiration date.
