Mouse Wiskott Aldrich Syndrome Protein Family, Member 2 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse WASF2/WAVE2 (Wiskott Aldrich Syndrome Protein Family, Member 2) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay employs an antibody specific for WASF2/WAVE2 pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), with bound analyte detected using a Biotinylated Anti-WASF2/WAVE2 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. Signal is visualised with TMB substrate, producing a yellow product whose absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader; the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

The kit reports a sensitivity of <0.053 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. Reported recovery (n=5) was 80–102% (average 91%) in serum, 81–100% (average 90%) in EDTA plasma, and 80–89% (average 84%) in heparin plasma. Kit components include lyophilised standard (2 vials), Detection Solution A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution, and adhesive plate sealers, to be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
