Mouse Wingless Type MMTV Integration Site Family, Member 10B ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Wnt10b (Wingless Type MMTV Integration Site Family, Member 10B) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and a colorimetric detection method read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.056 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. In spiked recovery testing (n=5), average recoveries were 91% in serum (range 83-100%), 97% in EDTA plasma (range 91-103%) and 95% in heparin plasma (range 89-102%). Linearity was demonstrated across serial 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples.

Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, biotinylated anti-Wnt10b detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. Components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
