Mouse Von Willebrand Factor ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com supplies this sandwich ELISA (sELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Von Willebrand Factor in plasma [S1]. The assay uses a microtiter plate pre-coated with an antibody specific for Von Willebrand Factor; standards and test samples are added to the wells and captured analyte is detected with a Biotinylated Anti-Von Willebrand Factor Antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate [S1]. A TMB substrate produces a blue product that turns yellow after addition of acidic stop solution, and absorbance is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader with concentration calculated from a standard curve [S1].

The kit is intended for plasma and is reactive with Mouse [S1]. Reported performance figures are an assay range of 0.25-16 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.11 ng/ml [S1].
