Mouse Visceral Adipose Tissue Derived Serine Protease Inhibitor ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Vaspin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The plate is pre-coated with a Vaspin-specific antibody; bound Vaspin is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-Vaspin Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate, with signal generated by TMB substrate and read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml and sensitivity is <0.053 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 h 30 min. Recovery in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5 each) was 86–100%, 87–102% and 88–100% respectively. Dilution linearity (1:2 to 1:16) was demonstrated in the same three matrices.
