Mouse VGF Nerve Growth Factor Inducible ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse VGF in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate, a biotinylated anti-VGF detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal generated by TMB substrate and read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. The assay range is 31.2-2000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <16.3 pg/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Average recovery values are reported as 91% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma and 84% for heparin plasma (n=5), with sample dilution linearity demonstrated from 1:2 to 1:16. The kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers for storage at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
