Mouse Versican ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay designed by Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Versican in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate and uses a biotinylated anti-Versican antibody with HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; the enzymatic reaction produces a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of stop solution, and the absorbance is read at 450nm in a microplate reader.

Sensitivity is <0.059 ng/ml and the working range is 0.156–10 ng/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported sample recovery was 80–102% (mean 91%) in serum (n=5), 81–99% (mean 90%) in EDTA plasma (n=5), and 80–89% (mean 84%) in heparin plasma (n=5). Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
