Mouse VEGF Co Regulated Chemokine 1 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse CXCL17/DMC, also referred to as VEGF Co-Regulated Chemokine 1. The assay is compatible with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids, and uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate format read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The full protocol runs for approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

Manufacturer-stated performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 5.8 pg/ml and an assay range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml. Average recoveries across spike-and-recovery experiments were 91% for serum (n=5, range 80–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81–100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (n=5, range 80–89%). Dilution linearity was demonstrated from 1:2 to 1:16, with measured values generally falling between 74% and 108% across the three sample types tested. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
