Mouse Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) supplied by Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) read at 450 nm using a colorimetric microplate reader, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. The kit uses a biotinylated anti-VEGF Receptor 2 detection antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate.

Reported sensitivity is <0.063 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml. In spiked recovery testing, serum samples (n=5) ranged 80%-102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5) ranged 81%-101% (average 91%) and heparin plasma (n=5) ranged 80%-89% (average 84%). Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product is intended for research use only, not for use past the stated expiration date.
