Mouse V-Ets Erythroblastosis Virus E26 Oncogene Homolog 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse ETS1 (V-Ets Erythroblastosis Virus E26 Oncogene Homolog 1) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip configuration and employs a biotinylated anti-ETS1 detection antibody with an HRP-avidin conjugate. Signal is generated with a TMB substrate and the optical density is read at 450 nm in a colourmetric microplate reader.

According to the manufacturer's specification, the assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.042 ng/ml, and the protocol takes approximately 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated on the individual items.
