Mouse V-Erb B2 Erythroblastic Leukemia Viral Oncogene Homolog 3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com for the quantitative determination of mouse ErbB3/HER3 (also known as V-Erb B2 Erythroblastic Leukemia Viral Oncogene Homolog 3) in serum, plasma, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate format with 12 x 8 well strips, a biotinylated anti-ErbB3/HER3 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit reports a sensitivity of <34 pg/ml and a standard curve range of 78.1–5000 pg/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Validated recovery in spiked samples (n=5) was 80–102% (average 91%) for serum, 81–100% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma, and 80–89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma, with dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 ranging from 74–107% across the three matrices.
