Mouse Urocortin 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com enables quantitative determination of mouse Urocortin in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a biotinylated anti-Urocortin detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, with colour development by TMB substrate measured at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Urocortin concentration is calculated against a standard curve using the pre-coated 96-well microplate.

The stated assay range is 15.6-1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 4.35 pg/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

Reported recovery in spiked samples ranged from 80% to 102% (average 91%, n=5) in serum, from 81% to 100% (average 90%, n=5) in EDTA plasma, and from 80% to 89% (average 84%, n=5) in heparin plasma.
