Mouse Ubiquinol Cytochrome C Reductase Core Protein II ELISA Kit

The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for UQCRC2, a biotinylated detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm using a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is <0.063 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery in serum has been reported at 80–102% (average 91%), in EDTA plasma at 81–101% (average 91%), and in heparin plasma at 80–89% (average 84%). Linearity across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions is reported for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples.
