Mouse Tumor Protein, Translationally Controlled 1 ELISA Kit

Available from Antibodies.com, this is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Tumor Protein Translationally Controlled 1 (TCTP) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. An antibody specific for TCTP is pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate, and the workflow uses a biotinylated anti-TCTP detection antibody followed by HRP-avidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit reports a sensitivity of <0.113 ng/ml, a working range of 0.312-20 ng/ml, and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Reported average recovery is 91% in serum (range 80-102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81-100%), and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80-89%), with dilution linearity demonstrated across 1:2 to 1:16 in each matrix.
