Mouse Tumor Protein P63 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com enables in vitro quantitative measurement of mouse p63 in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate and a colorimetric readout based on a biotinylated anti-p63 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance measured at 450 nm in a microplate reader. Reported sensitivity is <0.054 ng/ml and the working assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes.

Spike-and-recovery has been validated in serum (average 91%, range 83-100%, n=5), EDTA plasma (average 94%, range 90-99%, n=5) and heparin plasma (average 96%, range 91-101%, n=5), and dilutional linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 has been demonstrated in these three matrices. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
