Mouse Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily, Member 4 ELISA Kit

This quantitative sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro measurement of mouse Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily, Member 4 (CD134/OX40L Receptor) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids.

An antibody specific for CD134/OX40L Receptor has been pre-coated onto a 96-well microtiter plate. Standards and test samples are added to the wells and the receptor present in each sample is captured by the immobilized antibody. After incubation and washing, a Biotinylated Anti-CD134/OX40L Receptor Antibody is added, followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate solution is then used to visualise the HRP enzymatic reaction, producing a blue-coloured product that changes to yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the amount of CD134/OX40L Receptor captured in each well, and concentration is calculated by reading the O.D. absorbance at 450 nm in a microplate reader against the standard curve.

The assay has a reported sensitivity of <13.7 pg/ml and a working range of 31.2–2000 pg/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4h 30m. Detection is performed colorimetrically on a pre-coated microplate.
