Mouse Tumor Necrosis Factor Ligand Superfamily, Member 14 ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com Mouse Tumor Necrosis Factor Ligand Superfamily, Member 14 ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse LIGHT/TNFSF14 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with a biotinylated anti-LIGHT/TNFSF14 detection antibody and HRP-avidin, visualised with TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The working assay range is 15.6–1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <6.3 pg/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported average recovery values are 91% for serum (n=5, range 83–100%), 94% for EDTA plasma (n=5, range 90–98%), and 95% for heparin plasma (n=5, range 89–102%). Components supplied include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and adhesive plate sealers.
