Mouse Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha Induced Protein 6 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse TSG6 (Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha Induced Protein 6) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The plate is pre-coated with a TSG6-specific antibody and the assay uses a biotinylated anti-TSG6 detection antibody with an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, producing a yellow chromogen read at 450 nm whose intensity is proportional to TSG6 concentration.

Reported sensitivity is 0.054 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Sample recovery has been characterised in serum (range 80–102%, average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (range 81–101%, average 91%, n=5) and heparin plasma (range 80–89%, average 84%, n=5), with linearity evaluated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions across these matrices.
