Mouse Tropomodulin 3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Tropomodulin 3 in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and a biotinylated anti-Tropomodulin 3 antibody paired with an HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a coloured product that is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

According to the manufacturer, the assay covers a working range of 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.108 ng/ml and a total run time of 4h 30m. Reported average recovery values are 91% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma, and 84% for heparin plasma (n=5 per matrix), and dilution linearity is reported across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 sample dilutions.
