Mouse Tripeptidyl Peptidase I ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Tripeptidyl Peptidase I (TPP1) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with colourimetric detection carried out on a standard microplate reader measuring absorbance at 450 nm.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the assay has a sensitivity of <0.055 ng/ml and a working range of 0.156-10 ng/ml. Detection relies on a biotinylated anti-TPP1 antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate producing a blue product that converts to yellow upon addition of the acidic stop solution. The complete assay takes approximately 4 hours 30 minutes, and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated.
