Mouse Triosephosphate Isomerase 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Triosephosphate Isomerase in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, using an antibody specific for Triosephosphate Isomerase pre-coated onto a 96-well microtiter plate, with Biotinylated Anti-Triosephosphate Isomerase Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate for detection. TMB substrate is used to visualize the reaction, producing a blue colour that changes to yellow upon addition of stop solution, with the concentration of Triosephosphate Isomerase calculated by reading the O.D. absorbance at 450 nm in a microplate reader and referring to the standard curve.

The kit has a reported product range of 0.156-10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.061 ng/ml. The total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes, and the platform is a pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, read on a colorimetric microplate reader. Average recovery values across sample types were reported as Serum 91%, EDTA Plasma 90%, and Heparin Plasma 84%, with dilution linearity ranges provided for each.
