Mouse Trehalase ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Trehalase in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with an antibody specific for Trehalase; standards and samples are detected using a biotinylated anti-Trehalase antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, then visualised with TMB substrate and read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

The standard curve covers 0.625–40 ng/ml with a reported sensitivity of 0.216 ng/ml, and the full assay is completed in approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported average recoveries were 91% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma and 84% in heparin plasma, with linearity maintained across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated, and the product is intended for research use only.
