Mouse Trefoil Factor 3, Intestinal ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) kit from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Trefoil Factor 3 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate in 12 x 8 well strip format, using a biotinylated anti-Trefoil Factor 3 detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The standard curve covers a range of 78.1–5000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 29.14 pg/ml, and total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Spiked recovery averages are 91% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma and 84% for heparin plasma (n=5 per matrix). Linearity has been demonstrated across sample dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16.

Kit components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer (30X concentrate), sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. Components are stored at either +4°C or -20°C as indicated, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
