Mouse Transmembrane Protein 27 ELISA Kit

The manufacturer's specifications state an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.053 ng/ml. Reported average recovery values are 91% for serum (n=5, range 83-100%), 94% for EDTA plasma (n=5, range 90-98%), and 94% for heparin plasma (n=5, range 90-99%).
