Mouse Transglutaminase 3, Epidermal ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Transglutaminase 3, Epidermal (TGE) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-TGE detection antibody followed by HRP-avidin conjugate, and is visualised with TMB substrate after reading the optical density at 450 nm.

Reported performance characteristics include an assay range of 0.625–40 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.255 ng/ml. Typical recovery values are given as 80%–102% (average 91%) for serum, 81%–100% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma, and 80%–89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. The product is supplied for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.

Kit components comprise a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilised standard (2 vials), Detection Solution A (120 μl), Detection Solution B (120 μl), Wash Buffer 30X concentrate (20 ml), Sample Dilution Buffer (45 ml), TMB Substrate (9 ml), Stop Solution (6 ml) and plate sealers. Components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and not used past the expiration date.
