Mouse Transforming Growth Factor Beta Receptor II ELISA Kit

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Transforming Growth Factor Beta Receptor II in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-TGF beta Receptor II detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate acting on TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Stated sensitivity is <0.105 ng/ml with a working range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, and total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. In undiluted samples, average recovery was 91% for serum (range 80%–102%, n=5), 91% for EDTA plasma (range 81%–101%, n=5) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80%–89%, n=5). The kit is validated for cell lysates and tissue homogenates, and components are stored at +4 °C or -20 °C as indicated.
