Mouse Transforming Growth Factor Beta Receptor I ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Transforming Growth Factor Beta Receptor I in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate to capture the target, followed by incubation with a biotinylated anti-TGF beta Receptor I antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a blue colour that turns yellow upon addition of stop solution, and the concentration of TGF beta Receptor I is calculated from the absorbance at 450 nm referenced against a standard curve. The kit reports an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml, a sensitivity of <0.069 ng/ml, and an assay time of 4 h 30 min.
