Mouse Transforming Growth Factor Beta Induced Protein ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative measurement of mouse TGFBI in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The plate is pre-coated with antibody specific for TGFBI, and detection is performed using a Biotinylated Anti-TGFBI Antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colourmetric microplate reader. The assay is quantitative with a reported range of 62.5-4000 pg/ml, a sensitivity of <22.5 pg/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m.

Recovery performance reported by the manufacturer: serum (n=5) 83-99%, average 91%; EDTA plasma (n=5) 80-99%, average 89%; heparin plasma (n=5) 82-99%, average 90%. Dilution linearity across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 is also reported for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5). Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
