Mouse TPS ELISA Kit

A 4-hour sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com enables in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Mast Cell Tryptase in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm, and is specific for Mast Cell Tryptase with no reported cross-reactivity against other analogs or variants.

The measuring range is 78.125-5000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL. Dilution linearity recovery ranged from 89-105% (1:2), 87-97% (1:4) and 85-97% (1:8) in serum; 82-96%, 86-101% and 84-98% in EDTA plasma; and 83-96%, 81-100% and 84-99% in heparin plasma. The kit is shipped at +4°C, with components stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
