Mouse Topoisomerase I ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Topoisomerase I in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay is performed on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and is intended to be read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm, with a total run time of 4 hours 30 minutes.

According to the manufacturer, the detection range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.055 ng/ml. Reported mean recovery values are 91% in serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%, n=5) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%, n=5), and dilution linearity data are provided across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples.
