Mouse Toll Like Receptor 3 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Toll Like Receptor 3 (TLR3) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated microplate using a biotinylated anti-TLR3 antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal developed via TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The quantitative assay covers a product range of 62.5–4000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 23.64 pg/ml and a total run time of 4h 30m. Reported spike-and-recovery performance averaged 91% in serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%, n=5), and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%, n=5).
