Mouse Toll Like Receptor 2 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Toll Like Receptor 2 (TLR2) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids [S1]. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microtiter plate and a biotinylated anti-TLR2 detection antibody in combination with an HRP-Avidin conjugate to generate a colourmetric signal [S1]. TMB substrate produces a blue-coloured product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution, with the absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader [S1].

The kit reports a sensitivity of <1.42 pg/ml and a product range of 3.12-200 pg/ml [S1]. Recovery has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples, with average recoveries of 91% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma, and 84% for heparin plasma [S1].
