Mouse Toll Like Receptor 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Toll Like Receptor 1 (TIL/TLR1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique using a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), with a Biotinylated Anti-TIL/TLR1 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, visualised via TMB substrate and read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. Reported sensitivity is <0.108 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

Sample recovery has been validated in serum (n=5, range 80%–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81%–100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (n=5, range 80%–89%, average 84%). Linearity of dilution has also been assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions across all three sample types.
