Mouse Thyroid Stimulating Hormone ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The 96-well microplate is pre-coated with an antibody specific for TSH; detection uses a biotinylated anti-TSH antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is 17.1 pg/ml with a working range of 62.5-4000 pg/ml. The assay is completed in 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery values (n=5) are 80-102% (average 91%) for serum, 81-100% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma and 80-89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma, with dilutional linearity characterised across the same sample types. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the assay should not be used past its expiration date.
