Mouse Thyroglobulin ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative in vitro measurement of mouse Thyroglobulin, this sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is intended for serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-Thyroglobulin detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

The kit reports a sensitivity of <24.2 pg/ml and an assay range of 62.5-4000 pg/ml, with a typical total run time of 4h 30m. Spiked recovery in serum was 80%-102% (average 91%, n=5), in EDTA plasma 81%-99% (average 90%, n=5), and in heparin plasma 80%-89% (average 84%, n=5). Dilution linearity has been evaluated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.

Reagents include pre-coated plate strips, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with components stored between +4°C and -20°C as indicated.
