Mouse Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin (TSLP) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate, a biotinylated anti-TSLP detection antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. The standard curve range is 15.6-1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <7.1 pg/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m.

Spike-and-recovery in serum averaged 91% (range 80%-102%, n=5), EDTA plasma 90% (range 81%-100%, n=5), and heparin plasma 84% (range 80%-89%, n=5). Linearity was assessed at dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 across all three sample types. Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated for each item. The kit should not be used past its expiration date.
