Mouse Thy1 Cell Surface Antigen ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse CD90/Thy1 (Thy1 Cell Surface Antigen). The kit is intended for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The assay is run on a pre-coated microplate and uses a biotinylated anti-CD90/Thy1 detection antibody with an HRP-avidin conjugate. Signal is developed with TMB substrate and read on a colourmetric microplate reader at 450 nm. The manufacturer states a measurement range of 12.5–800 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <4.9 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m.

Components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. Reported recovery is 82–102% in serum, 91–100% in EDTA plasma and 88–100% in heparin plasma, with dilution linearity demonstrated from 1:2 to 1:16.
